Frequently asked questions
How different are you from travel agents? Unlike travel agents, we personally scouts all serviced destinations and partners. This ensures that your custom itinerary is exactly how you imagined it. Furthermore, The Nomad's Agency is able to book with all types of travel operators, whether that be hotels, tour guides, private villas, boutique hotels, or local experiences. Our booking decisions are not limited by travel agent-exclusive partnerships or commission-influenced decisions.
How far in advance should I book? If you are planning to travel during peak season, booking as early as possible is ideal. For international travel, we recommend a minimum of 4 to 6 months in advance, especially if you wish to visit high-demand destinations or have specific preferences in mind. That being said, we can always accommodate last-minute requests, but they may require some flexibility.
Do you provide concierge service? Yes BUT this service is not included in the standard price of each package. This service comes at an additional cost of 200 AED per day of travel.
Which countries / cities do you cover? We cover a large number of countries / cities across all continents, with a strong expertise on Middle East and Europe. To see the complete list of places, please go to the "Where to" page where you will find more details.
How do I pay to get started? Once you have conducted your free consultation, selected your plan and agreed to our T&Cs, our team will send you a payment link to settle our consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable and will have to be paid upfront. For travelers choosing the "Pamper Me" package, a second payment link will be sent once the itinerary has been validated to settle all booking payments. Refunds are possible based on each booking refund policy.
Which currencies do you accept? For now, we only deal with local currency Emirati Dirhams (AED) for debit/credit card payments. For other currencies, we can proceed with bank transfers.
